Came across this interesting pair of New Balances this morning…

Which happen to look a lot like these Lakais…

I can’t say for sure but I think the New Balances share some similarities with this series from Lakai that was announced towards the end of last year.

    Yeah, but the Lakais are Limited edition, so its unlikely we’ll be able to get a pair.

    Doesn’t surprise me, skateboarding has always been the leading innovative force in apparel and shoe design and everyone knows it, period! It’s just so much easier to not be original.

    haha, go check some brazilian “skateboard” shoes company I bet 80% of their shoes looks like any lakai model
